T’ai Chi Ch’uan
This gentle practice, sometimes called a “moving meditation”, is one of the few practices that is energizing and calming; invigorating and centering. It helps balance the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of your life. T’ai Chi’s many benefits include:
- Help managing the pain related to fibromyalgia, arthritis and back problems;
- Lowering blood pressure; and,
- Improving blood circulation, balance and bone density.

Billy Blanks Jr’s Dance Out It is a high energy, total body workout that will maximize your stamina, sculpt your body, and increase your dopamine levels which will leave you feeling GOOD! This class incorporates 20+ dance styles including Hip Hop, Jazz, Bollywood, Country Line, Disco, Latin, Ballroom, Russian, Belly Dance and more! Dance It Out classes provide a non-judgmental, supportive environment where students of all fitness levels, adult ages, shapes and sizes have the time of their lives while getting fit!

Seaside Shotokan’s Vinyasa Yoga class is a rigorous yoga class with strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating. True to its name, this class focuses on building and engaging your core strength. Our Vonyasa Yoga class balances, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind.

Stretch and Tone, incoporating general stretch excercises and Yoga, along with calasthenics.
WEDNESDAYS 7:00AM to 8:00AM with Jim
A total body workout, Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt major muscle groups. This class complements your regular yoga or martial arts practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are added to the sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass.
